Take this garbage back!

I almost punched the rep in the face after he was so darn rude about it! Finally, as I was about to walk out and call our bank to finally report fraud on our debit card, the manager came out and reprimanded the super rude employee and got myself and others the exchange I suggested for the previously broken Epson printer

Don’t you dislike it when you buy something at a respectable store and then find out it’s broken? It happens. Both of us have to admit that in many cases it’s not the fault of the store… Factory defects and things happen. But whenever they do happen you should be able to return the product right back to the store with ease and not have a major headache and hoops to jump through to do it! I recently bought a brand modern Epson printer that did not task for me right. I had bought the Epson printer from the local iPad store. I don’t personally believe in going to Target and Walmart for technological things because I am typically sad I would get terrible products. But this very thing happened at our local store! When I went to return the Epson printer for an exchange, they honestly provided myself and others all kinds of hassle. They said that there was no freaking way that the Epson printer could have been faulty the way I was telling them. They provided myself and others all this flack that afternoon, left and right about it. I almost punched the rep in the face after he was so darn rude about it! Finally, as I was about to walk out and call our bank to finally report fraud on our debit card, the manager came out and reprimanded the super rude employee and got myself and others the exchange I suggested for the previously broken Epson printer. He provided myself and others another brand new Epson printer that was a little more fancy for no additional cost. This was all to make up for the rude hassle this idiot sales rep provided me.
