Yoga, the easy way!

My lovely neighbor as well as I have really unusual approaches to life.

He has always been a boisterous man, outgoing as well as gregarious, the type of guy who likes to control almost every conversation, usually by talking about himself.

He is a really interesting human, but the problem is that he finds himself more interesting than anyone else! This extremely loud attitude creeps into every single aspect of his life, from his loud wifey to his rambunctious children as well as his super noisy car, on the other hand I have cats, not dogs, I have no guys as well as I drive a whisper-silent hybrid, however when it comes to getting our exercise, I work on my yoga and breathing at home every single day no matter what. On top of that I usually go to the yoga studio once or twice a month to take a class, simply for fun. When it comes to our neighbor getting exercise, he uses his own self-invented crossfit routine that is, you guessed it, far too loud. He works out in his backyard, where he has assembled homemade version of workout unit that he uses in his routines, then if our neighbor is not home I will often do some yoga in our backyard before I go in to task for the day. However I can’t regularly do it outside because our neighbor as well as his noise distracts me, so I changed my spare family room into a little yoga studio. It isn’t much, but the superb thing about yoga to me is that you don’t need all that much. A little space, a mat on the floor, as well as the right attitude is all you need for yoga.
